Use High Spirits Irish Cream Essence to craft your own Irish Cream Liqueur that's smooth and rich without being sickly sweet. One taste of this creamy liqueur reveals notes of chocolate with a hint of nuttiness that makes a heavenly Irish Coffee or other scrumptious mixed drink.
INGREDIENTS: Natural Flavour, Vanilla, Sugar, Water, Caramel Colour, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate
Instructions: Pour 320mL of 40%abv neutral spirits & 210g (220mL) sugar into blender. Blend on high for 2 minutes. Add contents of package, 200mL heavy cream, & sugar-alcohol solution to 750mL bottle. Top with water & shake to blend. Finished product mellows & improves aged 1-2 weeks.
