Turbo Extreme 23% will ferment 10.4 kg (22.9 lb) of dextrose in an 18L (4.8 US gal) wash in 7-9 days (specific gravity about 0.980). 23% can only be achieved by using dextrose. 21.5% can be achieved if using sucrose. Temperatures, batch size and instructions must be followed for optimum yeast performance. Fermentaton will stop with temperatures above 24°C (75°F).
