This alcoholmeter gives a very accurate reading.  Read the alcohol percentage and check the temperature of the liquid.  For every 1°C over 20°C, decrease the alcohol content by 0.2%.  For every 1°C under 20°C, increase the alcohol content by 0.2%.
 
Note:  This calculation only works for this alcohol meter.  Because alcohol meters have different lengths, weight and widths, there are individual correction tables for each of them.
